Configuration

The provisioner attempts to read its configuration first from /etc/txamqpprovisioners/provisioners.cfg, then from $HOME/.txamqpprovisionersrc/provisioners.cfg, and finally from any configuration specified on the command line. Settings from files specified on the command line override any settings found in homedir settings, which override any system settings.

In this manner, common settings can be specified for all provisioners on a particular system, and individual configurations can add or override settings for specific provisioners.
